FLEXI CARE DIRECT
As a Live In Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- – Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- – Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
- – Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- – Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- – Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations
Qualities we’re looking for:

- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills
- MUST LIVE IN OXFORDSHIRE
