Delta State Maritime Polytechnic (DESMAPOLY), Burutu, is now selling forms for its 2025/2026 Higher National Diploma (HND) admissions. Both full-time and part-time options are available across several campuses.

Entry Requirements for HND
To apply, candidates must:
- Satisfy all the requirements for admission into the ND programmes
- Have a National Diploma in a related course with at least 2.50 CGPA (Lower Credit)
- Have completed at least one year of industrial training or present a valid letter of work experience
- In some cases, ND graduates with a Pass (2.00 – 2.49) may still apply, but they must undergo a Pre-HND year
- Request their ND transcript to be sent directly to DESMAPOLY by their previous school
No aptitude test is required for the HND admission process — that’s one less thing to stress about.
How to Apply
- Go to the official DESOMATECH application portal
- Click “Apply Now”
- Fill in your details and follow prompts to pay the ₦25,000 application fee
- Use the same email and password to log in and fill the full application form
- Print two copies of the acknowledgement slip for your records
