i) IMT-ENU accepts Biology.
ii) YABATECH accepts Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Chemical Engineering Technology;
You require;
Five (5) SCC credit passes in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and any two (2) subjects from
Biology/Agricultural Science
Technical Drawing,
Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity,
Auto Mechanics,
Metal Work,
Woodwork for Civil Engineering Technology,
Further Mathematics
English Language,
Geography,
Economics/Commerce.
At least ‘O’ Level credit pass in the English Language is required.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
i) NEKEDE POLY requires Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as UTME subjects.
ii) IMO – POLY requires Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as UTME subjects.
iii) YABATECH requires Five (5) SCC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and any one (1) subjects out of the following: in not more than two (2) sittings. Statistics, Biology, Agricultural Science,
Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics, Metal Work, Further Mathematics, Geography, Economics.
