In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Communication Arts under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities in the above listed universities include;
Any three (3) Arts or Social Science subjects.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) BU accept any other subjects in addition to Literature in English.
(ii) UNIUYO – Music/Literature in English/Fine Arts and any two (2) Arts or Social Science subjects.
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Communication Arts;
You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes or equivalent including EnglishΒ Language, Literature in English, Arts/ Music depending on the combination.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) BU requires five (5) βOβ Level credit passes to include English Language, Literature in English and any other three (3) Arts or Social Science subjects.
(ii) UNIUYO accepts a D7 in Mathematics
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Communication Arts, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
Two βAβ Level passes or equivalent in Arts or Social Science subjects.
