Subject Combination / JAMB UTME Requirements
In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Russian with French / German under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities in the above listed universities include;
French and any other two (2) subjects from Arts and Social Sciences.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UI requires Literature in English plus one Arts subject and any other Arts or Social Science subject.
(ii) UNILAG requires English Language and any three Arts or Social Sciences.
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Russian with French / German;
You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes including French and English Language plus one (1) other Arts subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UI accepts ‘O’ Level credit passes in Literature in English and other Arts and Social Science subjects.
(ii) UNILAG requires Five O/Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and any three Arts or Social Sciences. Civic Education and Computer Studies are also accepted.
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Russian with French / German, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Russian and any other Arts and Social Science subjects.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UNILAG accepts Very good passes in JUPEB/A’ Level subjects: Any three of French, Igbo/Yoruba, CRS/IRS, History, Government, Literature-in-English, Music and Fine Arts.
(ii) UI accepts ‘O’ Level credit passes in Literature in English and other Arts and Social Science subjects.
