Subject Combination / JAMB UTME Requirements


In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Educational Administration under the Faculty of Education in the above listed universities include;

Any three(3) of Literature. In English, History, French, Geography/Physics, Economics and Mathematics.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS

1. UNILAG accepts English language and any three (3) of Literature in English, History, Government, Geography, any Nigerian Language, Christian Religious Studies/Islamic Studies, Economics.

2. FUDMA  English Language and any other three subjects of Arts, Social Science or Science subjects.

O’Level Requirements


The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Educational Administration;

You require;

1. Five (5)’O’ Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and Economics.

2. Five TC II merit passes including English and Mathematics.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS

1. UNILAG requires Five O/Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two of Literature-in-English, History, Government, Economics, Geography, any Nigerian Language, CRS/IRS.

2.  FUDMA requires  Five ‘O’ level Credits to include English Language, Mathematics and  any three of Arts, Social Sciences or Science subjects.

 

 

Direct Entry Requirements


These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Educational Administration, if you don’t intend to use UTME.

You require;

(i) Two (2)’A’ level passes from Literature in English, History, Christian Religious Studies/Islamic Studies, Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo with ‘O’ level pass in Mathematics.

(ii) NCE merit in the subjects listed above.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS

 

(i) UNILAG accepts

a. NCE credit/merit in Arts or Social Sciences.

b. very good passes in any three (3) JUPEB subject Economics, Literature in English, Christian Religious Studies/Islamic Studies, Government, History, Geography, Igbo/Yoruba and French.

c. two (2)’A’ level passes from English Language, History, French, Geography, Mathematics, Igbo/Yoruba, Christian Religious Studies /IRS, Economics and Government

(ii)   FUDMA accepts  Two ‘A’ level passes in Administration, Political Science or any other Arts and Social Science subjects from a recognized institution. ND/NCE with good grades from a recognized institution not below lower credit or nine (9) points.
