In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Prosthetics and Orthotics under the Faculty of Medical, Pharmaceutical & Health Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Chemistry, Biology, and Physics

(i) FUTO requires Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Prosthetics and Orthotics;
You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes including English Language, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) FUTO requires at least five (5) โOโ Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Prosthetics and Orthotics, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
(i) ‘A’ level passes in any two (2) of Physics Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics

(ii) ND Upper Credit in Prosthesis and Orthopedic Technology
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:

(i) FUTO requires;
a) At least โAโ level passes not below Grade C in any two of the following Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
b) ND/HND at Upper Credit level in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
c) First Degree in Health Sciences.
d) Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects namely Chemistry, Biology and Physics. It does not accept NCE. Candidates must in addition meet the โOโ Level requirements.
