Subject Combination / JAMB UTME Requirements


In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Ecology under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;

Biology, Chemistry and any other Science subject.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS 

(i) ATBU requires Physics or Geography as the third  (3rd) subject.

O’Level Requirements


The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Ecology;

You require;

Five (5) SSCE Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

 

 

Direct Entry Requirements


These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Ecology, if you don’t intend to use UTME.

You require;

Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Biology/Botany/Zoology and Chemistry or Physics.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:

(i) ATBU accepts IJMB/ ‘A’ level Credit passes in Biology, Chemistry or its equivalent. ND HND   lower credit in the following areas: Science Laboratory Technology, Wild Life and Forestry, Environmental Management Technology. The candidate must also have the five (5) ‘O’ level  credit passes  in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
