In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Geology and Geo-Physics under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Any three of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Geography.
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Geology and Geo-Physics;
You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and any other subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) EBSU requires five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Geology and Geo-Physics, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
(i) Two (2) ‘A’ level passes from Geology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Geography.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) EBSU accepts HND, ND upper credit and NCE merit respectively in the relevant programmes.
