In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Mathematics / Computer Science under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) of Chemistry, Economics and Biology

The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Mathematics / Computer Science;
You require;
Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language , Mathematics and any three (3) of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Maths, and Technical Drawing

Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Mathematics / Computer Science, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics and Physicsย
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) NDU accepts;
a.ย ‘A’ Level in relevant two (2) subjects to include Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, plus a pass in the third subject to include Chemistry or any other relevant Science subject, may be admitted into the 200 level of the degree programmes.
b.ย ND credit in relevant programmes of specialization (e.g. Computer Engineering) are eligible for direct entry into 200 level.
c.ย NCE merit in Mathematics or Computer Science as the case may be, Physics, Chemistry, Integrated Science or Economics are eligible for direct entry to 200 level.
d. HND credit in Mathematics or Computer Science are eligible for direct entry into 300 level.
