In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Operations Research under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics and any other two (2) either Science or Social Science subjects.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) MAUTECH requires Mathematics and any two of Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science, Physics, Geography and Economics.
O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Operations Research;
You require;
Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and one (1) other subject

(i) MAUTECH requires Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and any three of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Computer Studies/IT/ Data processing
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Operations Research, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
(i) Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Mathematics and any one (1) of Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Economics or Geography.
(ii) ND credit in Statistics or Mathematics

(i) MAUTECH accepts IJMB/Two (2) A level passes in Mathematics and any one (1) of Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Economics or Geography. ND/HND/NCE at credit level in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematics Education or Statistics
