Form sales will begin on Monday, 7 April 2025.
You can apply for any of the approved courses listed by the school.

- Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
- National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

JCHEW Programme
- At least three O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology
- Must also have passes in Chemistry and Physics
- Results must be from not more than two sittings
CHEW (Fresh), XRT, MLT, HIM Programmes
- At least five O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Must be from not more than two sittings
Direct Entry into CHEW
- Holders of JCHEW with required subjects may enter Level 200 in CHEW
Follow steps to apply online
- Visit the MICOHEST admission portal
- Click on ‘Apply Now’
- Click on ‘New Application’
- Type your name and a working phone number
- Click ‘Create My Account’ to go to the login page
- Use the phone number as both username and password
- After login, confirm your details
- Enter your email and phone number again
- Pick a payment option and pay ₦6,500
- Payment can be made by card, transfer, USSD, or Visa QR
- After payment, fill and submit the form
- When done, click ‘Print Application’ to get a copy
Prepare for entrance exam
All applicants will sit for an entrance test.
