- Choose Start Document
- click the new folder button in the command bar.

- with your document open; click file > Save As.
- under Save As, select where you want to create your new folder.
- In the Save dialog box that opens, click New folder
- Type STUDENTS _ ASSIGNMENT and press Enter.

- Open the folder that contains the Word documents you want to print.
- Press(Ctrl), and select the file you want to print
- right-click the selection and select Print from the shortcut menu.
- Select the desired print options and click ok. ( the selected options will apply to all the documents).
