The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) is a transformative initiative by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu that places the highest priority on the development and grooming of young, change-oriented individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of Nigeria.

Benefits of LJLA Career Development Program
- Work experience: Fellows will shadow Lagos State Cabinet members on a rotational basis after six months.
- Leadership development: Participants will engage in a series of enriching activities such as the Brown-Bag Series, Fireside Chat, and Personalized Coaching.

Requirements for LJLA Career Development Program
- Be Nigerian citizens
- Possess a minimum of three years of work experience
- Be under the age of 35
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Have completed the NYSC program or possess an exemption letter
